Emergency Housing

We provide immediate, safe, and stable shelter options for veterans experiencing a housing crisis. Assistance may include hotel/motel vouchers for temporary stays, and connections to local shelters for immediate support.

 

Housing Navigation

We help veterans and their families navigate the path to stable, permanent housing through connections to housing resources, rental assistance programs, security deposit funds, application and paperwork support, and direct rental assistance when funding permits.

 

Supportive Services

We provide comprehensive, wrap-around support to help veterans build stability and independence, including case management, healthcare navigation, transportation assistance, emergency assistance, and connections to employment, financial planning, legal resources.

 

Veteran Outreach 

We connect veterans experiencing homeless or housing instability with essential resources and personalized support. Through direct community outreach, trust-building, and meaningful connections, we help veterans overcome barriers and move toward long-term stability.
